Preference Updates Now Appear in Conversations
SMBcrm now logs contact-level communication preference updates directly in Conversations. This gives teams more context inside the communication workspace without needing to switch back to the contact record.
What changed
- Preference status updates are now captured as conversation logs.
- Logs are created when the update is triggered by either the contact or a user.

Why it matters
Preference updates are easier to review while working in Conversations. Teams can see when communication preferences changed, understand the context of a contact’s activity, and follow up with more clarity.
This also adds visibility alongside the contact details already available in the CRM.
What is next
The source release also notes work in progress on filters for the Contact Listing page to support broader visibility across contact workflows.
