Restore Deleted Blog Posts in SMBcrm
Deleting a blog post no longer removes it permanently right away. Deleted posts are now hidden from the main blog list, marked as deleted, and remain recoverable for 30 days.
When restored, a blog post returns with its original content and status.
What changed
A dedicated Deleted filter is now available for blog posts. From this view, users can:
- See deleted blog posts
- Restore a deleted post with one click
- Restore multiple deleted posts in bulk
- Permanently delete posts when long-term cleanup is needed
Why it matters
This update helps reduce accidental content loss and gives teams more control over blog cleanup. Users can recover deleted posts without waiting on support, while still having the option to delete posts forever when needed.
How it works
To delete a post:
- Go to Sites > Blogs.
- Open the 3-dot menu on a post.
- Select Delete and confirm.
To review deleted posts, open the Deleted filter.
From there, restore a post, bulk restore posts, or permanently delete posts.
