Task Manager Updates in the SMBcrm Mobile App
Tasks V2 brings a cleaner task manager to the SMBcrm Mobile app with recurring tasks, opportunity links, multiple contacts, board view, and more visible task details.

What Changed
- Recurring tasks: Set tasks to repeat hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly, with an end date or a set number of repeats.
- Opportunity links: Connect a task to an opportunity so follow-ups can stay tied to the right deal.
- Multiple contacts: Add more than one contact to a single task instead of creating duplicates.
- List and board views: Review tasks in a simple list or a visual board, depending on how you prefer to work.
- Today’s progress ring: Track completion progress for today’s tasks at a glance.
- Organized sections: Tasks are grouped into Overdue, Today, This Week, and Upcoming in both list and board views.
- More detail on task cards: See linked contacts and opportunities directly on the task card without opening each task.

Why It Matters
The updated task manager is designed to reduce duplicate work and make follow-ups easier to manage from mobile. Users can keep recurring work on schedule, connect tasks to the right people and opportunities, and scan priority work without opening every task.
How to Get Started
- Open the Tasks tab in the SMBcrm Mobile app.
- Tap the plus button to create a task.
- Add a title, due date, contact or contacts, opportunity, and teammate assignment.
- Turn on Repeat if the task should recur.
- Switch between List and Board views to manage tasks in the format that fits your workflow.
