Unified Workspace for Managed Agents

Agent Studio brings Managed Agents into one workspace, reducing the need to switch pages to test conversations, review activity, and publish changes. Enable the redesigned interface through Labs to use it.

One Workspace for Agent Management

The workspace has three panels:

• Left: Browse, search, filter, and switch between agents.
• Center: Chat with agents, test behavior, and access conversations.
• Right: Manage settings, publishing, activity, and configurations.

Organize agents in folders, sort by last updated date, creation date, or name, and distinguish Draft from Published agents. Create, rename, or move agents without leaving the workspace.

Test Conversations and Review Activity

Start a conversation or continue an existing one. Use Test Mode to test draft agents, or select a contact to test trigger-based agents.

Conversation history and detailed execution logs are available in the same workspace. Activity shows conversations and trigger executions, while Waiting on You highlights items that need attention. Agent memory is accessible when enabled through Labs.

Configure, Create, and Publish

Rename agents, customize avatars, publish or unpublish, and identify unpublished changes. Advanced configurations remain available through the Agent Builder, alongside access to folder management, API deployments, and other agent actions.

Use Build Your Own Agent to create agents from natural-language instructions, with suggested prompts and ready-to-use templates to help you get started. Automatically generated avatars give agents distinct visual identities.

How to Get Started

1. Open Labs in your SMBcrm account.
2. Enable Managed Agents New UI.
3. Go to AI Agents → Agent Studio → Managed Agents.
