Android release context
Client App Builder is now available in Labs. Describe the mobile experience you want, apply your branding, and use AI to create an Android app without writing code. The app stays connected to your existing Client Portal.
What You Can Build
The builder extends SMBcrm’s AI features to branded mobile app creation:
- AI-generated screens and functionality: Describe your business and desired experience, then refine screens and layouts through conversation while retaining your existing design.
- Custom branding: Select a design system and brand board, then customize your app with your logo, colors, and images.
- Connected portal content: Bring existing courses, communities, files, appointments, and member accounts into your app.
- Built-in authentication: Include sign-in, sign-up, and member onboarding with join codes.
- Device and record access: Support camera and photo access, plus custom objects for managing records directly in the app.
Preview and Publish for Android
Use the live mobile preview to check how your app looks and works on a phone before publishing. The builder generates an installable Android APK and shows build progress and errors.
Android publishing is supported in this release. iOS publishing is listed as coming next, not as a current capability.
Getting Started
- Enable Client App Builder in Labs.
- Open the builder and choose Mobile as the app type.
- Describe your business, audience, and desired features.
- Select your design system and brand board.
- Preview the generated app and refine it with AI prompts.
- Select Publish to generate your installable Android app.
