Client App Builder now supports Custom Objects, letting members submit information and create records directly from your Client Portal. Submitted data is saved in your account’s SMBcrm CRM, keeping applications, service requests, inquiries, and booking details connected to your existing data.
What You Can Build
Describe what members need to submit, and AI helps create the custom objects, fields, dropdowns, relationships, and connected portal pages without writing code.
- Member-facing pages: Generate pages where members can view and add records.
- Configurable visibility: Let members access their own records, their company’s records, or all records in read-only mode.
- Review before approval: Preview the proposed data structure, sample records, and access permissions before creating anything.
- Payment actions: Enable payments on records through invoices when a payment provider is connected.
- Object management: Create up to 3 objects per request or reuse existing objects, within the limit of 10 custom objects per account.
