SMBcrm now matches the ringback tone callers hear to the country of the phone number involved.
Previously, businesses operating outside the US could have callers hear a US-style ringback tone while a call was being forwarded, routed through an IVR menu, transferred by Voice AI, or dialed out to them. That mismatch could feel unfamiliar and cause callers to hang up before the call connected.
What changed
Ringback tones are now localized across 37 countries for:
- Inbound call forwarding
- Outbound calls
- IVR call routing
- Voice AI transfers
This helps callers hear the tone they expect, no matter how the call connects.
