SMBcrm’s AI Builder now lets you edit If-Else and Wait actions directly through conversation. Previously, you could create these actions with AI, but any refinements required switching to manual configuration. Now you can iterate on complex workflow logic without leaving the AI Builder interface.
What’s New
Multi-turn editing for complex actions
You can refine workflow logic conversationally, making adjustments to existing actions while preserving the rest of your workflow. No need to rebuild anything from scratch just to tweak a condition or change a delay.
Wait action editing
AI Builder now adjusts Wait actions through conversation, including:
- Updating time delays and window configurations
- Adding or removing timeout branches without disrupting your workflow structure
- Converting between wait types (for example, switching from a multi-branch email wait to a simple delay)
- Preserving existing branch configurations during modifications
If-Else action editing
You can refine branching logic conversationally while keeping downstream connections intact:
- Add new branches or remove existing ones
- Update conditions and switch between AND/OR operators
- Maintain existing branch nodes and downstream actions after edits
Why This Matters
If-Else and Wait steps are often the most tedious parts of a workflow to configure manually. Being able to describe changes in plain language and have AI Builder apply them saves time, reduces context-switching, and makes it easier to iterate on complex automation logic without accidentally breaking something downstream.
