Choose Any Staff Member in Template Signature Fields
Previously, the template editor restricted signature field assignments to three options: Contact, Sender, or Yourself. This limitation was problematic when organizations needed specific team members, such as account managers or authorized signers, to provide business signatures.
You can now assign signature fields to anyone on your full staff list directly inside the template editor.
How to Use It
- Navigate to Templates and create a new template or edit an existing one
- Add a Signature field or fillable field requiring signing
- In the right-side Properties panel, select To be signed by
- Choose the appropriate person from the staff list
- Save the template
Once saved, that staff member will be automatically assigned the signature role when the document is used.
