Audit Logging for Deleted Page Builder Assets

SMBcrm has enhanced its Page Builder with audit logging for deleted assets. Audit logs are now created whenever certain saved builder assets are deleted, giving you a clearer trail of what changed and when.

What’s Included

Deletion logs now track the following asset types:

  • Section Templates
  • Global Sections
  • Universal Sections
  • Element Templates
  • Universal Element Templates

Coverage extends across Funnels, Websites, Stores, and Webinars.

What Gets Logged When an Asset Is Deleted

When these assets are removed, the system records a Deleted audit log entry containing:

  • The asset name
  • The asset ID

This specificity is valuable when distinguishing between similarly named components.

How to Access Audit Logs

  1. Navigate to Settings → Audit Logs
  2. Search by user to filter activity
  3. Filter by action to locate “Deleted” entries
  4. Review timestamps and change details

Why This Matters

The feature addresses accidental removals in collaborative settings. It enables quick verification of what was deleted, identification by asset ID, and confirmation of when deletion occurred.
