Multi-Date Selection for Date-Specific Hours
Managing date-specific availability is now much faster across Meetings and Rentals (Private Beta). Previously, setting date-specific hours required individual date configuration. The new feature enables you to select multiple dates at once and apply a single set of hours in one action.

Select Multiple Dates at Once
Choose more than one date from the date picker when adding date-specific hours, then apply the same start and end time across all selected dates.
Set Hours Once and Apply in Bulk
Instead of repeating the same setup day-by-day:
- Configure start and end time once for the selected dates
- Apply the configuration across all selected dates in one action
- View grouped date ranges for cleaner organization
How Date Grouping Works
When selecting multiple dates, the system automatically groups consecutive dates together to simplify management.
Grouping Rules
- Consecutive dates are grouped into a single block
- Non-consecutive dates are shown as separate blocks
Example
If you select Jan 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9:
- Jan 2-5 appears as one grouped entry
- Jan 8-9 appears as another grouped entry
Each grouped entry can be edited or deleted independently later.
Why This Matters
This update helps adjust availability for holidays, special events, or short-term schedule changes. It saves time by removing repetitive date-by-date setup, keeps date-specific availability cleaner with smart grouping, and works well for seasonal hours, closures, and limited-time schedules.
