Duplicate listings can cause real problems for your business, and this feature gives you the tools to address them directly from your dashboard.

How It Works
Automatic Detection
SMBcrm runs monthly automated scans across major directories, flagging potential duplicates in a centralized dashboard. Each result is categorized by status: Possible Duplicates, Processing Suppression, Suppressed, and Unable to Suppress.
Suppression Requests
You can submit removal requests directly to directory publishers from within SMBcrm. Requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours, though timing varies by publisher. Once approved, duplicate listings are removed from search results.
False Positive Management
If the system flags a listing that is not actually a duplicate, you can mark it as “Not a Duplicate” to permanently dismiss it and keep your dashboard focused on genuine issues.
Real-Time Tracking
Monitor the progress of all suppression requests across the full lifecycle, from submission through resolution.
How to Get Started
- Navigate to the Listings section in your SMBcrm account
- Select the Duplicate Suppression tab
- Review flagged results showing your correct listing, the potential duplicate, and publisher information
- Suppress confirmed duplicates or dismiss false positives
