Email Blocking for Invalid or Restricted Domains

SMBcrm now blocks emails addressed to invalid or restricted domains before they are sent.

What Changed

Automatic blocking before send

Emails associated with known invalid or restricted domains are blocked before sending.

Pre-send validation

Invalid email addresses are detected earlier and prevented from being used for email communication. This helps reduce failed deliveries and bounce rates.

Clear user feedback

When an email is blocked because the domain is restricted, users will see this message:

“This email address is invalid as the domain is restricted for security reasons.”

Why It Matters

  • Helps improve email deliverability
  • Protects sender reputation
  • Prevents failed deliveries caused by invalid or restricted domains
  • Strengthens platform security and compliance
  • Gives users clear, actionable feedback
