What’s new
- Social Planner can now sync existing Facebook posts automatically.
- Sync includes posts from the last 30 days and up to the current day (UTC).
- During the initial sync, older post history may also be pulled in when available.
- Synced posts include post text, images, and videos.
- Post insights refresh automatically every 24 hours.
- Once enabled, syncing runs in the background.
Why it matters
- Brings past Facebook content into Social Planner.
- Reduces manual work when reviewing or rebuilding content history.
- Makes it easier to compare historical and scheduled post performance.
- Improves reporting accuracy for social analytics.
- Helps speed up onboarding for connected social accounts.
How it works
- Go to Marketing → Social Planner → Settings.
- Make sure your Facebook account is connected.
- Enable Post Sync in Labs.
- Sync will begin automatically in the background.
- View synced posts in Planner and Statistics.
- If the connection expires, reconnect the account to resume syncing.
