No More Truncated Product Names
Product titles now display in full across most SMBcrm store pages, so your customers can quickly understand exactly what they are buying — especially during high-intent steps like cart and checkout where clarity matters most.
Where Full Titles Now Appear
Complete, untruncated product titles are now shown on:
- Product Detail Page (PDP)
- Cart Page
- Side Cart / Cart Overlay
- Checkout Page
- Thank You Page
- Upsell Product Element
- Collection List Element
- Featured Product Element
Titles automatically wrap across multiple lines as needed while maintaining proper layout alignment with pricing and call-to-action buttons.
What’s Not Included
The following areas continue to use the existing truncation behavior for now:
- Product List Page (PLP)
- Featured Products Element
Key Details
- Full titles are enabled by default — no action required on your part
- There is no configuration toggle currently available
- Layout, pricing alignment, and CTA buttons remain visually consistent across desktop and mobile
This is a straightforward improvement that removes a common source of customer confusion, particularly for stores with descriptive or variant-specific product names.
