SMBcrm now offers a native integration with Monday.com, letting you connect your CRM workflows directly to project management boards. This eliminates the need for third-party automation tools like Zapier, enabling your teams to keep boards, items, statuses, and updates synchronized automatically.
Monday.com Actions (Available Now)
You can manage Monday.com directly from SMBcrm workflows with these actions:
Create and Update
- Build new boards, groups, columns, items, and subitems
- Modify item and subitem details including statuses, owners, dates, and custom columns
Manage and Search
- Archive boards or groups
- Delete items or groups
- Retrieve board item lists
- Locate items by column values or ID
Test Before You Go Live
A built-in Test Action option lets you validate the setup before running it live. This helps confirm that the schema is correct and enables reusable custom values.
Monday.com Triggers (Coming Soon)
These triggers will activate SMBcrm workflows when activity occurs in Monday.com:
- Column value changes on an item
- Items moved between groups
- New boards, items, or subitems created
- Comments or updates added
- New workspace users added
