SMBcrm has introduced new Email Campaign APIs designed to help developers and data teams retrieve campaigns and access performance metrics uniformly across different campaign types.
Workflow Campaigns Listing API
Developers can now programmatically access a list of workflow-based email campaigns, enabling easier auditing of active campaigns and development of custom reporting or management tools.
Bulk Action Campaigns Listing API
A new API endpoint allows retrieval of bulk action email campaigns, providing improved visibility into mass sends and one-time campaigns initiated outside standard workflow processes.
Unified Campaign Statistics API
A consolidated reporting endpoint now provides consistent access to performance data across multiple campaign sources. The API includes:
- Support for email campaigns, workflow campaigns, and bulk action sources
- Key performance metrics including sent, opened, clicked, and related data points
- Workflow-level detail via optional
subSourceIdparameter for granular analysis
