What’s New: Product Review Submitted Trigger
SMBcrm has launched a new workflow trigger for ecommerce stores. This feature enables merchants to automatically start a workflow the moment a customer submits a product review, without requiring manual intervention.
The trigger is accessible within the Workflow Triggers section under the Ecommerce Stores category.
