Bulk Export Company Records to CSV

You can now export multiple company records to a CSV file in a single click from the Companies table. This feature streamlines data extraction for reporting and offline analysis.

What’s New

  • Bulk export from Companies table: Select multiple company records and export them directly using the action bar
  • Export all companies: Use the 3-dot menu to export every company in the table at once
  • Real-time progress tracking: A modal displays record count and completion percentage during the export
  • Full CSV downloads: All selected company fields are included in the exported file

How to Use

For Selected Companies

  1. Navigate to Contacts → Companies and select records via checkboxes
  2. Click Export in the action bar and download the CSV once complete

For All Companies

  1. Go to Contacts → Companies and click the 3-dot menu
  2. Select Export and wait for the file to download
