Rich Text Editor for Service Descriptions
Service descriptions in Services v2 now support a rich text editor, giving you more control over how your services appear on your booking pages. This makes it easier to create descriptions that are clearer, more scannable, and better organized for customers.
What’s New
Text Styling
Use bold, italics, underline, or strikethrough to emphasize key details like requirements, time estimates, or included deliverables.
Lists
Add bulleted or numbered lists to break down what’s included, prep instructions, who the service is for, and what to bring.
Hyperlinks
Insert clickable links to helpful resources like your policies, intake forms, preparation instructions, and FAQ pages.
Text and Background Colors
Customize text and highlighting to improve readability and match your brand style.
Headings and Paragraphs
Structure longer descriptions so customers can quickly find what they need.
Text Alignment
Align content left, center, or right depending on your layout preferences.
How to Use It
- Go to Calendar Settings → Services
- Edit an existing service or create a new one
- In the Description section, you will see the new rich text editor options
- Use the toolbar to format your text and add elements
- Click Save Changes to publish the updated description
Why This Helps
Better-formatted service descriptions can reduce back-and-forth by setting expectations up front. Customers can more easily understand what they are booking, what is included, and any important policies or next steps before confirming an appointment.
