Bulk Edit for calendar availability now gives teams a clearer, safer way to update schedules across multiple users.
What’s New
- Clearer impact warning for weekly hours: When editing weekly hours, SMBcrm now shows a notice that changes will apply to all selected users before you save.
- Better visibility for date-specific hours: Date-specific hours are now grouped by date so you can quickly see which users have availability set, review individual time blocks, and edit or delete entries per user.
- Bulk add date-specific hours: New date-specific hours can be added for all selected users at once, then adjusted individually if needed.
- Smarter save behavior: Saving now only updates the section you edited.
- Editing Weekly Hours updates only weekly schedules
- Editing Date-Specific Hours updates only date overrides

How to Use
- Go to Calendars > Calendar Settings > Edit Calendar > Availability
- Click Bulk Edit
- Select team members and choose Edit Hours
- Update weekly hours or date-specific hours
- Click Save Changes
Only the section you edited will be updated.
