Flexible Scheduling for Real Business Hours
SMBcrm Listings now supports split business hours and enhanced scheduling options. Previously limited to a single continuous timeframe per day, you can now configure multiple time blocks, 24-hour operations, or always-open status to accurately reflect how your business actually operates.
What’s New
Split Business Hours
Add multiple time intervals within a single day to accommodate lunch breaks, split shifts, or other gaps. For example, you can set hours like 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM, and 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM all on the same day.
24-Hour Operations
Mark any day as open around the clock with a single setting.
Always Open (No Set Hours)
A new checkbox lets you indicate that your business is always available but does not maintain a fixed schedule. This is ideal for online businesses, appointment-based services, or any operation that does not follow traditional hours.
Copy to All Days
A time-saving feature that applies your configured hours across the entire week simultaneously, so you do not have to set each day individually.
Traditional Options
Single continuous hours, closed days, and varied daily schedules remain fully available alongside the new options.
How to Configure
- Access your business listing and select Business Details
- Navigate to the Business Hours section and choose the day to configure
- Select your schedule type: Split, 24 Hours, Open, or Closed
- Alternatively, check the “Business open without set hours” option for always-available status
- Use Copy to All to apply the same configuration across the entire week
Why This Matters
Many businesses do not operate on a single 9-to-5 block. Restaurants close between lunch and dinner service, medical offices have morning and afternoon hours, and online businesses are available around the clock. Accurately representing your hours reduces customer confusion and eliminates the workarounds that were previously required for complex schedules.
This feature supports both Yext and Uberall integrations and is available to all SMBcrm Listings users.
