Overview
SMBcrm now supports manual tax configuration for Rentals.
Once configured, taxes are automatically applied to future rental bookings, helping ensure more accurate pricing and invoices.
Note: Only manual taxes are currently supported for Rentals.
What’s New
- Apply manual taxes to rental listings
- Configure tax from the listing edit screen with a Configure tax for this listing action
- Each rental listing is linked to a product under Payments → Products for tax setup
- Taxes automatically apply to rental bookings after configuration
- Variant-level tax configuration is supported when variants are enabled
How to Set It Up
- Go to Rentals → Listings
- Edit a listing
- Open Inventory & Pricing
- Click Configure taxes for this listing
- Update the linked product in Payments → Products with a manual tax rate
- Save your changes
