You can now use your voice to interact with AI Builder and AI Assistant in SMBcrm. Instead of typing out workflow instructions or questions, just speak naturally and let the system transcribe and process your input.
What’s New
Voice-to-workflow creation
Click the microphone icon in the AI Builder prompt box, describe the workflow you want, and SMBcrm transcribes your speech and generates the corresponding workflow automatically. This is especially useful when you want to quickly capture an idea or prefer talking through your automation logic.
Multi-language support
The voice recognition system supports multiple languages, so globally distributed teams can work in their preferred language without switching tools.
Faster drafting
Go from concept to a functional workflow draft in seconds. Voice input eliminates the typing step during initial configuration, making it faster to get a first version built that you can then review and refine.
How to Use It
- Open the workflow builder and find the AI Builder prompt box
- Click the microphone icon
- Speak your workflow requirements naturally
- The system transcribes your speech and generates the workflow
- Review, refine, and activate
Tips for Best Results
- Be specific: Include goals, triggers, and actions in your description. For example, “When a new lead comes in, tag them as hot, send a welcome email, and assign a follow-up task to the sales team.”
- Review before activating: Voice-generated workflows are a strong starting point, but always verify timing, assignments, and messaging before turning them on.
