The SMBcrm Workflows Builder now catches more configuration issues before your workflows go live. We have expanded error highlighting coverage and strengthened save-time validation so you can spot problems earlier and fix them faster.
What Changed
Expanded validation coverage
The error highlighting system now covers significantly more workflow components:
- Actions with error highlighting: Increased from 14 to 48
- Triggers with error highlighting: Increased from 26 to 28
That means far more of your workflow steps are now visually flagged when something is misconfigured, right inside the builder interface.
Stronger If-Else and Wait validation
Validation for If-Else and Wait steps now runs during the save process. Previously, some configuration problems in these steps would only surface during execution. Now they are caught at the point of commitment, before your workflow is activated.
Why This Matters
Faster troubleshooting. Misconfigurations are highlighted directly in the builder, making it easy to see exactly which step needs attention.
Fewer execution failures. Catching issues during setup means fewer workflows failing after they have been turned on, which saves you time and protects your automations from unexpected interruptions.
