AI Studio Improvements for Navigation, Previews, and Reliability
SMBcrm has updated AI features in AI Studio to improve project navigation, make activity details clearer, and fix several issues that affected previews and project reliability.
What changed
Easier folder navigation
When you open projects inside a folder, AI Studio now shows a breadcrumb trail such as All Projects > My Folder so you can move back more easily.

Clearer dependency activity
When AI Studio adds or removes a dependency, the activity feed now shows the package name instead of a generic message.

Fixes included in this update
More reliable live previews
Several preview-related issues were addressed:
- previews that appeared stuck on “not ready” during code generation are now resolved
- preview status is now checked live more consistently, reducing incorrect “not running” messages
- extended AI thinking phases no longer incorrectly trigger a “Something went wrong” error
Better project and interface stability
This update also fixes a number of workflow issues:
- very long project names no longer push toolbar buttons off-screen
- the original AI summary is preserved when build errors are auto-fixed
- projects reopened with additional installed packages now restore those dependencies correctly
- preview links are marked as non-indexable so they do not appear in search results, while published sites are unaffected
Behind-the-scenes improvements
A few internal changes were also made to improve reliability:
- the sandbox now stays active during long AI generations
- staging and production sandboxes now run separately
- unused preview worker code was cleaned up

Why it matters
These changes make AI Studio easier to navigate and more dependable during longer or more complex project sessions, especially when working with previews and installed packages.
