SMBcrm has added a Reviews Overview Dashboard in Labs to give users a clearer view of reputation performance in one place.

This update brings together review trends, filtering, AI-generated summaries, sentiment reporting, and request and response analytics for businesses using Reputation & Growth.

What You Can Track

Review performance over time

You can monitor average ratings and total reviews over time with interactive charts and monthly or yearly views.

Dashboard customization

The dashboard includes controls to show or hide sections and reorder modules to better match your workflow.

Source and page filtering

You can filter review data by specific pages and review sources to better understand where reviews are coming from.

AI review summaries and sentiment analysis

The dashboard can generate concise AI summaries of customer feedback and break sentiment into positive, negative, and neutral categories. These views can be filtered by source, page, and date range.

Request and Response Analytics

Review request analytics

You can monitor review requests across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp, including funnel metrics from sent to opened, clicks, and conversions. The dashboard also shows request source breakdowns such as workflow, bulk, and direct.
