Workflow Trigger Stats Now Show Enrollments at a Glance
SMBcrm has improved trigger stats in the workflow builder so you can review enrollment activity without leaving the workflow. This makes it easier to understand how contacts are entering a workflow and where filters may be preventing enrollment.
For teams using Automation, the updated stats view gives a faster way to troubleshoot trigger behavior directly from the builder.
What Changed
Each workflow trigger now includes a built-in stats section that shows a quick snapshot of enrollment activity.
From the trigger, you can review:
- attempted enrollments
- matched contacts
- unmatched contacts based on filter criteria
You can also open a more detailed stats view to inspect contact-level results and identify why contacts did not enroll.
What You Can See in the Detailed View
The expanded view includes:
- attempted, matched, and unmatched enrollments
- contact-level details
- top unmatched reasons
- search results for specific contacts
This helps you spot patterns faster and verify whether a contact matched a trigger as expected.
How to Use It
- Open a workflow in the builder.
- Click the trigger.
- Open the stats section to review enrollment details.
- Select a stat or open the detailed stats view to inspect contacts, filter results, and unmatched reasons.
Additional Notes
- Available in both the standard builder and advanced builder.
- You can search for a specific contact to check whether they matched and why they did not enroll.
