Voice AI Full-Screen Agent Builder
SMBcrm has updated the Voice AI agent builder with a dedicated full-screen workspace that keeps setup, configuration, and testing in one place.
Instead of moving between separate tabs, you can now build and manage Voice AI agents in a layout similar to other SMBcrm builders. This helps reduce context switching and makes the process easier to follow.
What changed
Three-panel workspace
The new builder uses a three-panel layout so you can work across key tasks side by side:
- Edit the agent prompt
- Adjust configuration settings
- Use a live test console to test with a phone call
This makes it easier to update an agent and immediately check how it performs without leaving the screen.
More settings in one place
The builder now organizes agent options into clean, collapsible sections. Available settings include:
- Actions
- Knowledge Base
- Call Settings
- Voice Settings
- System Prompts
- More than 50 additional settings
This reduces the need to search through multiple tabs when updating an agent.
Build and deploy from one view
You can now configure and publish an agent from the same screen, including:
- Agent configuration
- Working hours
- Call routing
- Publishing
For teams using AI features, this creates a more streamlined workflow for both setup and ongoing updates.
